Simply complete and return the lease agreement to us. Once payment is confirmed, we'll send you your unique lock code, enabling you to move in and access your unit hassle-free.

Welcome to your new storage space! With your access code in hand, you're all set to move in and start utilizing your storage unit. Begin storing your belongings conveniently and securely today.

Note: Each unit has space for two locks, allowing you to use our provided lock with the code, or add your own for added security

Key highlights of the agreement include

Insurance

Coastal Self Storage does not provide insurance coverage for tenants. As such, tenants are entirely responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of their stored belongings. It's essential to take appropriate precautions and consider obtaining your insurance coverage to safeguard your possessions while in storage with us.

Rental Periods

We provide the flexibility to choose between fixed-term agreements or month-to-month leases. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required if a tenant decides to vacate.

Damage & Cleaning Deposit

A $50 Damage & Cleaning Deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be refunded to you upon the conclusion of your rental period, provided the unit is left in a clean and undamaged condition, satisfactory to the manager

Rental Charges

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with the initial payment date specified in your rental agreement. Late or non-payment will incur a $40 fee.
