Storage Restrictions

Here is a summary of the restrictions for storage at Coastal Self Storage

  1. No smoking inside the premises; immediate eviction for smoking indoors. Smoking permitted only 9 meters away from the building.

  2. No pets allowed on the premises.

  3. Any vehicle or machine must not have leaking seals to prevent oil leakages on the premises.

  4. Prohibited items include:

    • Hazardous materials like fuel, fireworks, and aerosols.

    • Firearms and explosives.

    • Items causing significant odor.

    • Living animals, people, and plants.

    • Perishable food items.

    • Weapons, stolen items, and scented or wet items.

    • Flammable materials such as oils, diesel fuel, and gasoline.

These restrictions are in place to ensure the safety of our facility, your belongings, and all tenants.
